Goal

  • Track who is working, their salary terms, and what was paid each month.

Work

  • Staff directory:
    • name, phone, role/title, active/inactive
    • payout method (cash/bank/UPI), bank/UPI details (restricted visibility)
  • Salary setup:
    • monthly salary or daily wage
    • optional allowances/deductions template
  • Payout register:
    • month, gross, deductions, net, paidAt, paidBy, method, reference
    • printable/exportable report (CSV first)

Security/Compliance

  • Only ADMIN/MANAGER can view salary details; only ADMIN can edit salary terms (recommended).
  • Audit trail for salary changes and payouts.

Acceptance

  • Owner can see month-wise payroll totals and per-employee payout history.
