Goal

  • When staff take cash advances, it should reduce cash on hand and reflect in salary deductions.

Work

  • Create an advance/loan for an employee:
    • amount, date, reason, repayment plan (optional)
  • Auto-create linked cashbook OUT entry when paid in cash.
  • During payroll:
    • pick outstanding advances to deduct
    • partial deduction supported
  • Reports:
    • outstanding advances by employee
    • repayment history

Acceptance

  • No more "missing cash": every advance is recorded and reconciles via payroll.
