Goal

  • Enable day-wise attendance so payroll is grounded in actual work done (especially for daily wage staff).

Work

  • Attendance entry:
    • date, employee, present/absent/half-day, shift, overtime hours (optional), notes
  • Payroll calculation:
    • daily wage * present days
    • overtime added (if enabled)

Acceptance

  • Manager can mark attendance daily and generate monthly attendance summary.
