Goal

  • Support temporary/casual workers hired for 1-2 days (e.g., events, peak load).

Work

  • Worker type: CASUAL (minimal profile: name + phone optional).
  • Pay basis: daily wage (or hourly optional).
  • Quick flow:
    • create worker
    • mark attendance for the day(s)
    • pay out immediately (cash/UPI/bank)
  • Link payouts to Finance:
    • if cash payout: auto-create linked cashbook OUT entry
    • show in per-person cash position and handover reconciliation

Security

  • Salary details restricted to ADMIN/MANAGER.
  • No hard delete; reversal only (audit trail).

Acceptance

  • Manager can pay a casual worker correctly and it reflects in cashbook and payroll history.
